Sunday morning early visit. Staked out a 50ftx50ft square, roughly the width of the first clearing. Identified the lot line is further south than the old tree and hence I have a bit more pond. Also looked further at potential sites on east side. Flew the drone and recorded some more footage from below.

Closing

Closing today in Marble Falls. Signed the various documents and got a copy. Deed should be registered in a week. Loan payment information to be sent to me and will be due starting first of the month.

Afterwards, I went out to the site, took GPS location measurements and also a set of photos. Photos taken both from the air (drone) and from the ground (camera), with some highlights included below.
